Ya para Febrero del 2010, la banda confirma la grabación de una nueva entrega.

Ese mimo año fueron teloneros de Bullet for my Valentine y Escape the Fate en los meses de Septiembre y Octubre.

Ya para Septiembre se publica el single Bury Me, que contiene además el tema Honest Eyes.

Fueron teloneros de Iron Maiden, en algunas presentaciones en Florida y se exhibieron en el Festival Sonishpere en Knebworth.
