El vocalista Paul Shortino que pasó por Rough Cutt, Quiet Riot, Bad Boyz, reforma denuevo la banda Rough Cutt con los mismo integrantes, solo cambio el nombre a un proyecto solista Paul's Shortino The Cutt.

El disco además contó con la colaboración (aparte de los miembros de Rough Cutt) de los guitarristas Brad Gillis [Night Ranger], Carlos Cavazo [Quiet Riot], Howard Leese [Heart], Dave Whiston [First Strike y Rick Springfield], el bajista Chuck Wright [Quiet Riot y House of Lords] y Jason Boyleston [Paul Rodgers y Badfinger].
