Último disco de los integrantes Billy Powell y Ean Evans antes de su muerte, Billy Powell fallece en Enero de ese mismo año por ataque cardiaco; en cambio Ean Evans fallece tras un cáncer que le diagnosticaron.
Por eso los reemplazantes fueron Robert Kearns que reemplaza a Ean y Peter Keys que sustituye a Billy.

Lamentablemente también fallece la corista del grupo entre 1975-1977, JoJo Billingsley en el 2010, a causa de una fuerte lucha contra el cáncer.

El sencillo Still Unbroken apareció en el PPV de la WWE Breaking Point en el 2009. El mismo tema fue parte escrita por el fallecido Leon WIlkenson. El tema Floyd tiene como vocalista a Rob Zombie.

El disco también tiene la colaboración del guitarrista John 5.
