Alice reaparece en 1996 con una gira por Estados Unidos junto a Scorpions y publica este álbum en vivo que incluye además una nueva canción, Is anyone home? .

El álbum fue grabado en la cantina de Sammy Hagar en Mexico e incluyó la participación de Sammy Hagar, Slash y Rob Zombie.

2000: Brutal Planet

Para este disco Alice se vuelve a juntar con Bob Ezrin para su nuevo sello, Spitfire. Roxie sigue en la banda, Eric Singer vuelve de KISS, y se unen el guitarrista Phil "X" Xenidis y el bajista Rob Marlette.

Los que acompañaron a Cooper en vivo fueron Roxie, Freezin' , Greg Smith , Teddy Andreadis y Singer.

En 2001 Eric Singer retorna a KISS para reemplazar a Peter Criss y Alice en su reemplazo temporal contrata al miembro de Megadeth, Jimmy DeGrasso.

La banda de Alice para el 2003 emprende una gira llamada Bare Bones, en la que estuvieron presentes nuevamente Ryan Roxie, Eric Dover y Eric Singer además del nuevo bajista Chuck Garrick .

Para el 2004, siguiendo la gira, Eric Singer retorna a KISS y lo reemplaza el baterista de Ted Nugent , Tommy Cufletos. Luego , Dover fue reemplazado por Damon Johnson (Brother Cane y John Waite).

2005: Dirty Diamonds

Aunque i>Tommy Cufletos estuvo para la grabación , se retira para ir a la banda de Rob Zombie, así que Eric Singer regresa para las presentaciones en vivo.
Hicieron una gira por Estados Unidos junto a Cheap Trick entre Agosto y Septiembre. Eric Singer estuvo en la batería por la gira, hasta que volvió a KISS y es reemplazado por Tommy Cufletos. Ese octubre, la banda de Alice que estaba compuesta por Eric Singer, Ryan Roxie, Chuck Garrick y Damon Johnson, realizó dos presentaciones en Indianapolis , para recaudar fondos después del huracán Katrina.

2008: Along Came a Spider

Para 2006 Ryan Roxie se retira de la banda y es reemplazado por Keri Kelli y mientras que Eric Singer estaba con KISS, su reemplazo fue Brent Fitz.

Alice participo en el disco tributo a The Beatles Butchering the Beatles , haciendo una versión del tema Hey Bulldog junto a Steve Vai, Duff McKagan y Mikkey Dee.

La fecha de lanzamiento del disco iba a ser para mayo de 2007, pero mas tarde se dio a conocer que seria finalmente en 2008.

Al poco tiempo Alice saca su autobiografía Alice Cooper, Golf monster: A rock n' roller's 12 steps to becoming a golf addict.
